Mission Statement
Based on Ephesians 4:11-13, the Christos Institute seeks to transform followers of Christ into His servants by identifying their callings, providing basic theological foundations, building skills in their specific ministry areas, and by connecting them with ministry opportunities where they can serve in their communities and churches in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lay Ministry Training
Are you serious about doing ministry?
Do you wish that there was something more than the adult education classes at church, but perhaps not as intense as going to seminary?
The Christos Institute offers a comprehensive training program to equip you further to do ministry in churches and the community in the name of Jesus Christ. Seven basic theological courses form the core training, and following completion of the core, you are invited to choose a specialized concentration which provide practical skills in the area of ministry to which God is calling you. Two other components of Christos training are an internship in your speciality, as well as participation in a mentor group with others who share your interest.
